BELK BRIDAL REGISTRY STATIONS AND KIOSK BARS
Belk marries engagement and convenience with bridal registry kiosks
Belk, Inc. approached Frank Mayer and Associates, Inc., looking to modernize its wedding registry program and improve the bridal customer’s experience. The revamp included designing and engineering 35 bridal bars for key Belk locations as well as more than 250 freestanding bridal stations to be placed within stores nationwide.
Bridal kiosk bar intended for easy consultation
Manufactured with customer interaction in mind, the bridal kiosk bar can service two customers simultaneously and offers a welcoming area where sales associates can walk registrants through the registration process. In addition, permanent touch screen monitors located on each end of the bar can swivel between the customer and associate, providing an easy educational tool during the consultation.
Freestanding kiosk stations offer self-service options
The freestanding custom fixtures boast a clean and approachable design and replaced outdated units in stores. Stations allow quick access for customers to set up or find a registry and print out a product list using a printer easily accessed on a rollout drawer.
