ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
East Coast

In the Account Executive role, you will generate sales of Frank Mayer and Associates, Inc.’s services to large Fortune 500 companies in the consumer products and retail industries.

In this position, you will utilize strong sales techniques to pitch complex full-service promotional programs and point-of-purchase capabilities to prospective clients. You will perform research, lead generation and client presentations to build a solid pipeline to move the opportunities through the sales cycles.

This is a highly solutions-driven business development role where you will have the opportunity to grow the business, the client base, company revenues and your individual uncapped commissions.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

The Accounting Manager is responsible for standard financial reporting and payroll database maintenance and bi-weekly payroll preparation for FMA and MAWD. The Accounting Manager supervises the accounting department and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain general ledger financial reporting and general ledger structure.  Prepare all general ledger journal entries for payroll, accruals, fixed assets, cash activity and others as required.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close and timely reporting of financial information to the Sr. VP. Finance. (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Backlog)
  • Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
  • Maintain the ADP database; in communication with HR for all pay rate and benefit withholding changes.
  • Provide training to new and existing Accounting staff.
  • Responsible for performance management of direct reports to include; hiring, training, probationary/annual performance reviews.  
 

Skills/Abilities/Requirements

  • Education – BS Accountancy (4-year BSA) Required, CPA Preferred.
  • At least three years’ experience in the public accounting/audit, financial reporting/general ledger area. Experience working in a professional services firm is preferred.
  • Must be PC proficient. Experience in Sage Solutions or other large automated accounting system a plus. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.
