Junior Production Coordinator
Our Junior Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities involved with procuring goods and services such as raw materials, parts, supplies and assembly time from outside vendors for custom point-of-purchase displays.
Day-to-day contact with internal team members and outside vendors regarding the status of a project and any problem issues. Monitors progress of projects from start to finish, focusing on time constraints, quality of products and actual cost vs. estimated cost.
The successful Candidate must have strong organizational, communication, analytical and computer/Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work closely with suppliers and as part of a team. Knowledge of printing processes, wood and metal fabrication, and plastic molding/forming is preferred.

Frank Mayer & Associates, Inc., is looking for an entry level Designer to join our award-winning design staff.
Our Designers create custom retail displays/solutions and interactive kiosks to meet client needs.
The ideal candidate must have the unique skill of turning any client’s brand identity into a visually arresting retail presence, whether it be a display that demonstrates a product, an interactive kiosk, or a fully branded store within a store retail presence.
A four-year degree in industrial design is preferred, but the right candidate with a 2-year design related degree will be considered. A keen aesthetic sensibility and technical curiosity are a must. Knowledge of using Unreal engine as a visualization tool is a plus! Must be able to clearly and concisely communicate both verbal and written. Design intent. Ability to prioritize and work within prescribed time constraints is a must.

Digital Marketing Specialist/Web Design
Web graphic designer supporting online marketing strategies for corporate programs. Maintain and update our corporate website. Provide online graphic design services for corporate marketing may include websites and online advertising. Optimize web content for search utilizing SEO best practices, understanding of Google Adwords program. Provide additional graphic design support where and when required by marketing or design departments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update our corporate website, including adding content and functionality as required, preparing digital images and copy added to the site, testing links and other site functionality.
- Design, develop, maintain, and update our corporate website, back up for external clients including other corporate subsidiaries.
- Design elements of corporate online advertising campaigns including manipulating images and creating the necessary animation elements.
- Interface and consult with outside web service vendor(s) and services on an as-needed basis. Other duties may be assigned.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
A minimum of two years related experience with strong technical skills in desktop publishing, and web design.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Competency and proficiency in CONCRETE 5, WordPress, DREAMWEAVER, HTML, CSS, PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, FLASH, FIREWORKS, and MICROSOFT OFFICE needed.
- Requires strong organizational, coordination and customer service skills.
