H1 CSI Program
FMA created and manages this ongoing program for AM General and their HUMMER® dealerships. Through the CSI program, new owners and warranty service customers are called and asked specific questions relating to dealer sales and service performance. The main objectives are:
- To reinforce the importance of a strong service relationship after the H1 is sold
- Generate excitement about the H1 vehicle in dealer service departments
- Provide recognition to dealerships and individuals within their service departments, who have provided outstanding customer service to H1 owners
H2 Welcome Call Program:
Based on the positive results of the H1 CSI Program, AM General's H2 Assembly Plant's Quality Assurance group selected FMA to conduct their initial Quality Survey Program for each of the last two years covering the 2006 and 2007 models as part of the greater General Motors Advantage Program. These new owners are called to congratulate them on their H2 purchase and identify any problems or concerns they may have with their vehicles. In 2006, FMA's H2 Welcome Call efforts ranked at the top of all 30-plus General Motors factory locations, based on calls completed for this corporate program.
