Overview
Frank Mayer & Associates, Inc. established an on-line marketing services center to provide direct support to Cox Communications’ field marketing managers, in the execution of customized merchandising and promotional programs for FMA-produced retail merchandisers. A secure web link, accessed only by field managers, aids in the interactive ordering of Cox retail merchandising materials, such as displays, parts, instruction sheets, temporary standard and custom P.O.S. items, and premiums. FMA's dedicated team created and managed the Marketing Services Center to coordinate all aspects of web design, processing orders and distribution.
