FMA has created multiple cash incentive programs for Panasonic phone system dealers. FMA designed and produced a launch kit of promotional materials and claim forms for each program. With every qualifying purchase, dealers complete a claim form and send it to FMA for processing and check fulfillment. In recent years the program has evolved to where payments are made based on the monthly POS reports FMA receives from the distributors. This eliminates the need for the dealer to send anything in. Compilation of this POS data also allows FMA to determine the co-op funds a dealer should receive each quarter. FMA has been successfully managing sales incentive programs and providing in-depth reporting for Panasonic for over ten years.
