Metavante was looking to increase awareness of online bill payment benefits and promote online bill payment use. Frank Mayer & Associates, Inc. designed and produced a sweepstakes program to motivate customer online sign-ups and online bill-pay usage. The sweepstakes program was supported by a promotional kit, personalized web banners, email blasts and direct mail postcards. Successful in its efforts, this sweepstakes generated excitement and online banking activity leading to an increase in online bill payments during the three month promotional period.
