FMA created a custom online ordering and customer service program to support their retail merchandising display program. AT&T Wireless field people and selected retailers go online, to a specially designed, password protected site to order replacement components for merchandising materials designed and produced by FMA.
This value added tool, available 24/7, allowed AT&T Wireless to provide and replace important merchandising materials quickly and cost-effectively while at the same time monitoring inventories to serve their retail network.
