Sales Associate - Grafton, WI
The Sales Associate position is a great place to start your career at Frank Mayer and Associates, Inc. FMA is an industry leader in the creative design and manufacturing of branded in-store merchandising, interactive kiosks, retail ready displays and POP marketing services.
The Sales Associate will work along side the sales team to learn our industry and sales process. The expectation of this position is to provide the Sales Associate a solid training ground for the individual to move into an Account Executive position within 12-15 months.
This position is a direct point-of-contact for our clients, account executives and internal project team members. The Sales Associate is responsible for client prospecting and assisting in all aspects of the sales process.
Qualified candidate must possess strong communication skills, 1-2 years of direct sales experience and ability to cold call. Bachelor’s degree required.
Account Executive - East Coast and West Coast
In the Account Executive role, you will generate sales of FMA’s services to large Fortune 500 companies in the consumer products and retail industries. In this position, you will utilize strong sales techniques to pitch complex full-service promotional programs and point-of-purchase capabilities to prospective clients. You will perform research, lead generation and client presentations to build a solid pipeline to move the opportunities through the sales cycles. This is a highly solutions-driven business development role where you will have the opportunity to grow the business, the client base, company revenues and your individual uncapped commissions.
